Tech Shortlisting & Interviewing

Step 4

Applications are reviewed, candidates are interviewed, and the most suitable technician is finalized for the task. 

Job Allocation & Expectation Setting

Step 5

Jobs are assigned with clear expectations on deliverables, timelines, and cost negotiations to ensure alignment with budget and paygrade. 

SOP Documentation

Step 6

A detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is created for each job, ensuring transparency and clarity for the technician on task execution. 

Real-Time Governance

Step 7

We oversee the entire job lifecycle, staying in touch with the technician and keeping stakeholders informed to prevent any contractual breaches. 

Job Closure & Payment Initiation

Step 8

Upon task completion, stakeholder sign-off is obtained, and the job is closed on the portal to trigger the technician’s payment process.
